The items on the website will be populated with the image that will appear on the garment, as well as the color(s) available for the garment. T-shirts and hoodshirts will be silk-screened with the NSLC logos (see specific items for details).  Rally jackets, 1/4 zip fleece jackets (adult only), caps and beanies and adult soft shell full zip will be embroidered.

7/8 Clinic Cancelled

Dear Northshore 7/8 Parents and Players,

We have been advised that NSD is closing all of their fields through this weekend because of the weather. Thus, the 7/8 Clinic scheduled for tomorrow, Saturday, is CANCELLED. We plan on continuing with the tryouts as scheduled next week.

Since we will not have an opportunity to get together before the tryouts, please e-mail me if your player intends to try out and include his preferred position, if you haven’t done so already. This will allow us to better prepare and make the check-in process at the tryouts more efficient. If you could please reply by Sunday evening, that would be great.

Sorry about losing the opportunity for the clinic. Hope to see you all Wed evening at 6. Contact me with any questions.

Thank you for your support of the Northshore Lacrosse Club.

Jim Sokol

High School Pre-Season Conditioning/Skills Sessions Start Jan. 17

All high school players are invited and encouraged to participate in voluntary pre-season conditioning/skills sessions, which are scheduled on Tuesday and Thurs-day evenings for five weeks starting Jan. 17. Each ses-sion will feature an hour of conditioning under the super-vision of a professional trainer, and an hour of lacrosse. More details coming soon.

7/8 "A" Team Clinic/Tryouts: Week of Jan. 21-28

As outlined in an earlier e-mail to all 7/8 families, Northshore has joined the Greater Eastside Lacrosse League (GELL) for all its non-high school teams. One condition of our GELL membership is that we field a 7/8 A team, which will play a higher level of competition. Partici-pation on the A team is intended for experienced players looking to make a stronger commitment to lacrosse and to advancing their games.

To assemble the A team, Northshore will tentatively hold tryouts for interested players on Wednesday, Jan. 25, and one day still to be determined on the following weekend of Jan. 28-29. A preparatory clinic for the tryouts is planned for Saturday, Jan. 21. More information to come regarding times, locations and other details. A tryout fee of $10 per player will cover all three days.

Club Information Night: Jan. 11

Northshore Lacrosse will host an information night on Wednesday, Jan. 11, at 7:30 p.m. at Skyview Junior High School cafeteria. This is an opportunity for parents, players and others to learn more about the program and ask questions of board members and coaches. We invite and encourage all interested to attend. Door prizes will be available.
