Northshore Lacrosse develops K-12 youth in the sport of field lacrosse in Washington State's Northshore School District (Bothell Lacrosse, Inglemoor Lacrosse, and North Creek Lacrosse). Skills are easily transferable from Basketball, Soccer, and Hockey.
During the off-season, new and experienced players are highly encouraged to work on their lacrosse skills. This includes lacrosse camps, wall-ball, and reviewing college lacrosse game videos.
Wall Ball: This is all about building muscle memory, quicker reflexes, and more accuracy. This one activity has the most impact on your stick work. Learning how to confidently and consistently catch, pass, and shoot with both hands makes you twice the threat to the opposing team.
Wall Ball:The following summer camp opportunities are provided to assist you in your planning. While the club does not specifically endorse any specific lacrosse camps, your coaches and fellow players can offer you feedback on those camps that they have attended.
