During the off-season, new and experienced players are highly encouraged to work on their lacrosse skills. This includes lacrosse camps, wall-ball, and reviewing college lacrosse game videos.


Summer Camps:


Wall Ball: This is all about building muscle memory, quicker reflexes, and more accuracy. This one activity has the most impact on your stick work. Learning how to confidently and consistently catch, pass, and shoot with both hands makes you twice the threat to the opposing team.
