Northshore Lacrosse develops K-12 youth in the sport of field lacrosse in Washington State's Northshore School District (Bothell Lacrosse, Inglemoor Lacrosse, and North Creek Lacrosse). Skills are easily transferable from Basketball, Soccer, and Hockey.

Inglemoor players should purchase helmets with the the following specifications:

 

Youth:

  • Helmets must be NOCSAE certified and also recertified every 3 years
  • The following applies when changing helmets. If you already have a helmet, you are not required to replace it
  • If a player needs a new helmet in the 8th grade, consider purchasing a helmet with high school specifications
  • Recommended: Cascade S Youth (However, any brand is acceptable)
  • Required:
    • Shell: Black
    • Chin & Washer: Athletic Gold
    • Mask: Black
    • Chin Strap: Black
    • Visor: Black
    • Mohawk: Black
    • Rear Panel: None

 

High School

  • Any brand is acceptable. However, helmets must be NOCSAE certified and also recertified every 3 years
  • Per WHSBLA rules, all high school players must have a helmet that conforms to the team specification
